        Your eCashless request will be forwarded to your network hospital and you will receive a Secure Pass Code that you can use to complete your pre-authorization at the time of admission.         Remember to carry following thing while going to the hospital

        • Secure passcode / OTP
        • Medi Assist e-Card
        • Photocopy of ID card
        • Medical advice for hospitalization or previous consultation documents.
        • All investigation reports (including X-ray/CT/MRI/USG/HPE).
        • Any other document, relevant to the treatment of the insured.
